Prior to his current role, Andrew worked for Four Seasons London and Hampshire properties as well as Mandarin Oriental Residences in a variety of operational roles including Room Service, Front Desk and Concierge. Andrew graduated with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management at Oxford Brookes University.
