Andrew's role looks at the digital guest experience and operational use of technology. Most recently, he and his team developed Four Seasons Chat platform which allows guest to connect with hotels on most messaging apps in more than 100 languages.

Prior to his current role, Andrew worked for Four Seasons London and Hampshire properties as well as Mandarin Oriental Residences in a variety of operational roles including Room Service, Front Desk and Concierge. Andrew graduated with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management at Oxford Brookes University.
